Write less, more often

I’ll be the first to admit that it takes a whole ton of momentum for me to sit down and write to someone, pen to paper. I know, even Paperfinger!

It’s tempting to overthink a handwritten letter — and it’s just hard to make time for.

I created the Words Take Shape Letter Set ($14) so that a short note would still feel thoughtful, spacious and significant.

We all understand the postcard.

A postcard comes with simple expectations, because that’s all the space allows for! It’s “thinking-of-you” in its most lighthearted, but genuine form.

Words Take Shape offers you a limited space, defined by a geometric shape.

Fit a few words on the page and the recipient will know that you paused, made time to think about them, and created this little handwritten treasure to send their way.

This set was developed as a part of Paper Mail Issue No. 3, exploring words by hand through the theme of shape.

The hand-drawn lines of each page create a unique geometric shape, with white ink on dusty blue paper.

Does a circle inspire a certain kind of note? What about a diamond? I like seeing what words come to mind when I have a certain shape to work with.
