Prospect Park Boathouse Invitation
Boathouse on the Lullwater of the Lake is ripe for illustrating. We drew the front-view of the building and added a little rowboat and dock-point for use in the reply card or on an insert. These samples are pictured with the Vintage Formal calligraphy style, but we can use any style you prefer alongside the drawings. This design celebrates the historic landmark of a building while retaining the clean, simple and natural feeling of being nestled in the park.
With whatever wording you provide, we will hand-write every word and place the artwork in this design layout. You’ll then have a chance to review and revise as needed.
Options: A black & white drawing with fully-calligraphed text, or a mix of type and lettering.

- Once you've approved an estimate and placed a deposit, we get started. You provide the wording and Bryn will handwrite the calligraphy for this layout in a style of your choosing.
- The design goes to our printing partners after you have signed off. A few weeks later, we have the printed goods in hand for delivery to you, or for hand-addressing of envelopes.
We typically allow three months for custom invitations, from when you place your order to having them in your hands, ready to mail.
What's expected?
Typically, save the dates are mailed 6 months before the wedding; invitations are mailed 8 weeks before the wedding.
